Lake Guntersville provides a scenic backdrop for teams playing on these newly renovated fields. Slated to open April 2021, the Optimist complex features 3 ballfields with all dirt infields, covered dugouts, covered spectator seating, full concessions, and restrooms.

Two batting cages and a covered pavilion are also available onsite. Walkways connect the three fields to the city’s existing multi-use, paved trail that stretches along the water’s edge. There is onsite parking and it is free. The fields can be access controlled for tournament play.
