Where to Trick-or-Treat in Marshall County

Halloween is almost here, and Marshall County offers some amazing places for trick-or-treating! Here are some events where you can enjoy Halloween with your family and collect some candy this year.


Lake Ghoulsville at Lake Guntersville State Park

Lake Ghoulsville will be Saturday, October 26 at Lake Guntersville State Park Campground. There will be trick-or-treating, a camper decorating contest, hayrides, and a pumpkin decorating contest! This event is for campground guests only, click here to book your stay and join in on the fun!

Arab Parks and Recreation Trunk or Treat

This trunk or treat will be held at the Arab Soccer Fields on Saturday, October 26 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged! This event is free to the community!

Snead State Community College Trunk or Treat

Join the Snead State Parsons crew for a Trunk-or-Treat inside the Plunkett Wallace Gymnasium on October 29 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM! There will be plenty of games and, of course, lots of candy! Be sure to wear your costumes and join in on the fun! This is a free event for all community members!

Sand Mountain Park Spooktacular

Get spooky on Halloween night at Sand Mountain Park on October 31 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. There will be many themed trunks, tasty treats, and lots of spooky surprises to enjoy. This event is free to the community!

Monster Mash at the Mill

Another fun event for all the ghosts and goblins out there is the Monster Mash at Old Mill Park in Boaz on Halloween night! Wear your best costume for a chance to win the costume contest and enjoy plenty of candy and more! This event runs from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is free for the community!
